Ragnar Posted July 17, 2014 Share Posted July 17, 2014 Watching the news recently has made my realise the world is an extremely depressing/nasty place. I already knew this, but it seems to be getting worse by the day. Every story seems to be about bombing, terrorism, government corruption, drugs etc. Will it ever stop? Economic slavery will be rife but financial supression could repress 'war' as such, if war is defined as battles between countries. Then we got Russia Ukraine. Followed by the crazy north Koreans. Also we got the biggest problem of it all America! The biggest terrorist organisation in the world. We are all pretty much screwed. Now with communications and travel as they are we are more aware of places amd people. As in the big plane crash thread I doubt there will be a WW3, but humanity will live with localised disputes that the big boys will enter occasionally. All the energy the entire world would need? Takes away the need to be fighting over resources which is what most wars are about.
