There is rather closer "editorial control" of this referendum on JKB than of other matters.

I was concerned that the boredom factor might have kicked in, but it's good to see that we've had the biggest turnout ever for a JKB poll of this kind, with more people ticking a box in all five categories compared to the November poll.

 

The November outcome was:

 

Yes - 49.2%

No - 32.1%

Undecided - 11.3%

Not voting - 0.6%

Can't vote - 6.7%

 

Excluding those not voting and undecideds, the result was:

 

Yes - 60.5%

No - 39.5%

 

This time out, you can see the general results above. Excluding those not voting and undecideds, the poll result is:

 

Yes - 63.9%

No - 36.1%

 

 

So with a swing of almost three and a half percent towards a Yes vote, JKB members once again express a clear majority in favour of independence. We'll do this again in a couple of months from now just to see how things are going.
