There were also some stories that he swapped his shirt for a Rangers one during the match (who knows though?). He's probably some naive English ref. But that day was a good day for seeing Rangers and their fans in much truer form, away from the glare of competition - flute bands at half-time, plenty singing from their more traditional songbooks, flares at full-time, terrified Derby fans, pitch invasions. All at a testimonial. EDIT - I didn't mean to post the videos, just the links.
