Berra's better, and the rest of the defenders at the club aren't close to good enough, but still agree that Tall aint bad. Also agree that there is no chance we'll see him tomorrow! If we could have got him on a smaller contract then he would be the first name on the teamsheet (Defence wise). One of the only things Burley got wrong. djg001 Posted May 12, 2008 Share Posted May 12, 2008 total waste of money... was supposed to flog him.. even getting 500k in jan would have been good, and saved 250k in wages for the rest of the contract, so hearts would be 750k up... but no.. he sat on the bench most of the rest of the season. I think he was struggling to get settled at the beginning. IIRR, he never played for about 6 months. I like Ibby, a very classy centre back.
