why after all these years is it still so awkward opening a can of corned beef,the wee key snapped after first turn and tried getting it open with tin opener but wont go round square corners argggghhhhhhh

OK....here is Auntie Blondie's foolproof guide to opening corned beef tins. Use a magican type of tin opener (they go round the square corners no bother!) - cut off both ends of the tin and push the corned beef out from the narrower end to the wider end. Job done!

Try opening one of the massive catering size tins, you don't even get a key and can get a tin opener to cut through the join!

i think they should re-brand and re-name it for there aint no fecking beef in tins of corned beef, try slops of the floor, offal, b*****.:P:boak:

Love the stuff on a sandwich with either brown sauce or onions.

Try Princess brand they have a ring pull on one end.

I'll have you know it's mentally draining. Only 5 minutes ago I had to decide whether to have a KitKat, Club, Tunnocks Tea Cake or Fox's Classic with my cuppa.

I got it in Morrisons a fortnight ago (while it was 50p off ;)).

 

It's the business. Not too hot (in fact it's not really hot at all), just nice and tasty.
