Boris
I had the "3 for ?30" deal to begin with (nearly three years ago). Broadband (wi-fi via the set top box), L TV package and phone. A few bob extra for international calls and the "anytime phone package" i.e. free after 6pm and at the weekends to UK landlines. I then got Setanta i.e. increased the TV package to XL for an extra tenner a month so i was paying a basic ?45 p.m. I then changed bank accounts, Virgin said they had the new direct debit and all was well. Until they never took a payment and charged me a tenner for late payment. I phoned up, they reimbursed the tenner and apologised. I then asked them straight out for a deal. They said I had to get my braodband through a modem so I said ok, no problem. End of it I basically got the "3 for ?30" back but kept my XL package, so with the other couple of add ons I am now basic c.?35 p.m. Jobs a good un! I also get more broadband too!
