Hugo Perez, Peruvian I think but ended up playing for USA.

He only ever played in one game, a testimomial in Inverness.

pretty definative list. Some interesting things in there, such as we have had as Hearts players from Portugal as we have had from Republic of Ireland. And top three nationalities of Hearts players outside of Scotland are 1) England (understandable) 2) Lithuania (again understandable and 3) France, (15 is a surprising number.)

Trying to think of the 5 Spanish players, could only come up with three, Juanjo, Suso and Ruben Palazuelos.

Pereira is one of them.

Taking a few liberties with the formation, you could make a brilliantly eccentric team from all the Frenchies. They'd win 7-5 one week and lose 6-3 the next. It'd be like watching Spurs under Ossie Ardiles. Except with Mohamed Berthe.

Rousset

Mahe Leclercq Brellier

Guerin

Berthe Valois Oeufio

Adam

Nade Paille

The 'problem' with Nationalities is that they don't reflect the 'place of birth'.

Domestically it is now a nightmare as a sizeable number of Scottish players are 'born' in Bellshill maternity hospital . Though they will be brought up some where different
