Sheriff Fatman Posted April 24, 2008 Share Posted April 24, 2008 DNS means Domain Name System, basically it works as a phone book for the internet. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domain_name_system There are various DNS servers that you will interact with from your local network all the way to the root nameservers. Try switching your router off for 30 seconds then switching it back on again. If not phone your ISP as it could be a problem with their DNS server.
