eduardo.j Posted May 21, 2012 Share Posted May 21, 2012 my step dad has two sons that up until 1994 were hearts fans, they claim they only went to games because their dad took them. back in 93/94 we were fighting against the drop along with dundee united and right before the big crunch game against united they came down the house wearing hibs tops!, now we were 14 at the time so out of fear of being ripped at school for going down they jumped ship. and on saturday they got to glasgow and realised they had left the tickets in his car back home, so my jambo step dad drove from fife to leith and then to glasgow to give them the tickets for which he gave him 70 quid petrol money, so all in all he spent ?150 to watch that and then leave at 55 mins! p.s in 2006 at the league cup final he got arrested for shouting at the police after they almost hit a wee hibs lad while driving along, he got a ?160 fine that day also Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
