Barring a first team esque collapse, sounds like another great three points. What a season the kids are having.

FF text: 5-2 ft. B king pen. Crap 2nd half

After 6 goals in the first, it was unlikely the second half would be better, surely?

good to hear they won. Interestingly, this is their biggest winning margin of the season, they have not won a game by more then 2 goals this season until today. Still a long way to go and they will have to keep this high standard for the last 5 games.

The U19s won easily enough against a poor ICT side, although they had to come from behind to do so.

ICT went ahead after 7 minutes with a peach of a free kick from 22 yards that Liam Polworth curled into the top corner.

Hearts hit back almost immediately and for the next 20 minutes looked unstoppable as they fired in 4 goals without reply. First Ryan Stewart got to the bye line and cut the ball back for Chris Tobin to score his first of the season with a sidefoot shot from the edge of the box. Callum Paterson got the second with a header from a delicately chipped cross from Fraser Mullen after his corner was only half cleared back to him. The third was a peach with a flowing passing move from back to front with Callum Tapping setting up Dale Carrick with a neat chip over a defender and the striker emulating the pass by chipping the ball over the advancing keeper. The fourth goal was again set up by Ryan Stewart on the right and his cut back this time found Callum Tapping 8 yards out and he finished with ease.

Just before the break, ICT got a lifeline with another free kick wide on the right. This time Jack Hamilton called for it as he came off his line, but didn't get near the ball as it eluded a static defence to finish up in the net.

The second half was a disjointed affair with an over fussy ref not helping the flow of the game with some strange decisions. Hearts 5th goal came from the spot after Dale Carrick was pushed to the ground. Billy King thumped the penalty low into the corner of the net to give the keeper no chance.

There were few other chances in the half and the shooting was wayward as the game died a death.

Hearts will be happy enough though with another win, thus maintaining their lead at the top of the table.
