IMA MAROON
You can't beat word of mouth. Anyone know a company that does a top job cleaning and shining up cars? Thanks for the help. I'd like it in showroom conditions and cheap as chips.

SUTOL
A top job wont be cheap. A bit of advice and DIY might be the best. Try http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/ for info, they do a great job, but it takes time and money. http://www.allseasonsvaleting.co.uk/home.html are another more local option. No tar removal/spirit cleaning, and no waxing on finish, etc. All things are subjective, I suppose it depends what the OP wants and can afford.
