I get quite irked by footballers referring to their teammates by simply shortening their name and shoehorning in a Y. For some names its alright but most of the time it just looks like BANTER!! Hulk at Porto was named because of his resemblence to the actor who played the Hulk in the original tv series Lou Ferrigno.
