Jambos Kickback Lights Out

Presumably a suitable message will be displayed on the screen. Perhaps links to recent articles about McCraes and the link in the OP? Obviously the idea of the lights out is to keep 1 single light remaining on a complete shut down would kind of miss the mark.

Good idea though.

I would expect nothing less from 100% Hertz men, great gesture to those who gave their life, massive respect to the Administrators of JKB.

Nice touch.

Also, does anybody know what, if anything (and at what time) is happening in town re: the Turning off of Lights to mark 100 yrs since entry to WW1?

I read something about a light projection at the Mound (onto the Galleries) but couldn't find details online. Thanks.

557,618 Scots enlisted in the British army during the Great War.

Of these, more than a quarter ... 26% ... lost their lives. This represented almost 11% of the male adult population in Scotland.

Lest we forget.

They are horrendous statistics, for want of a better word.

If I counted my closest mates I'd get to 15-20. I would have lost a good few
