Smith (Motherwell)

Karipidis, Berra, Barr (Falkirk), Kalvenes (Dundee Utd)

Kingston, Aguiar, Pearson (Derby), Driver

Pinilla, Gow (Rangers)

Manager: Mark McGhee. Assisted by: WHOEVER THE H3LL HE WANTS.

Should Kingston be sold or decide to leave in the summer...fine, Morgaro Gomis (Dundee UTD) would

be a more than capable replacement...Mehdi Taouil (Kilmarnock) also looks like a player who would improve our squad.

I was realky happy when we got wyness but he dident do anything for us and landed up being a let down.

Banks, Smith (Motherwell);

Wallace, Flood (Dundee Utd);

Edit: Don't have any right backs. You get the idea though.

Berra, Karipidis, Jones (Hibs), Barr (Falkirk);

Miko, Hughes (Motherwell);

Cesnauskis, Driver;

Jonsson, Ruben, Gomis (Dundee Utd), Shiels (Hibs);

McCormack (Motherwell), Fletcher (Hibs), Gow (Rangers), Riordan (Celtic);

A few in there that are pretty unrealistic I know. It would be capable though. If you were to clear out every other Hearts players that is not mentioned on that list you would half the wage budget at least. We'd make a few million on transfers, (Kingston, Pinilla, Goncalves).

With the money saved we could invest in the players I've mentioned. We'd have enough of a budget for the players from Motherwell, Dundee Utd and Falkirk. We could try to loan Riordan and Gow. The boys from Hibs would be difficult to get hold of I know, but it wouldn't harm in trying, Fletcher excluded as that was just the best option, he'd cost a few million.

I think the above squad would cruise third place and even push for second and both cups. We'd be stregnthening ourselves while weakening the competition. A tactic the Old Firm have been using for years, and something we should definately be looking to do.

A step in the right direction would be:

Banks

Neilson

Tall

Berra

Goncalves

Beslija

Kingston

Stewart

Aguiar

Driver

Nade

Basso

Karipidis

Wallace

Palazuelos

Jonsson

Elliot

Glen

...and a "real" team manager to take it forward from there would be another.
