The Comedian
Why start with Screpis? Why Start with Ivaskevicius? Why the lack of tempo and fight? I can't wait to see the back of this season now.
Devries4
Basso - 8 - Did what he could. Couple of decent stops. Neilson - 4 - Being kind Goncalves - 4 - Being even kinder Berra - 6 - Third partner in 4 games I think. Did ok Tall - 6 - Wee bit rusty Screpis - 6 - Did OK Ruben - 6 - OK but nothing special Kingston - 4 - Sorry Laryea but not a good day (looked like he took the puff when subbed) Ivaskevicius- 3 - Dreary Miko - 7 - Didn't have to dive, clattered throughout. peebles jambo
basso, some nice saves, kept us in it neilson, hopeless goncalves, hopeless berra, another good game tall, rusty screpis, bit untidy to start with, but got better later pally, tidy once again no 28, hopeless larry, poor to-day, spat the dummy out when subbed miko, did everything right nade, fat and lazy, missed a sitter subs glen, looked ok stewart, should have been on from the start elliot, same as stewart frail, an absolute disgraceful team selection, couldn't pick his nose

JamboLad
Basso - 8 - Made some great saves but still a bombscare Neilson - 5 - poor distribution just generally a robbie performance Jose - 1 in the first half and a 6 in the second half Berra - 7 - Barked out orders at the rest of defence and went so close with a header Tall - 6 - Done well for someone who hasnt played alot lately and made some superb tackles Screpis - 6 - Neat passes and did do what was asked of him today Ruben - 5 - Didnt get forward enough and was not his usual composed self Kingston- 4 - doesnt look interested and hasnt for a while Kestutis - **** off now, really just **** off Miko - 7 - tried hard, done ok and looks dangerous Nade - 6 - didnt do too much but didnt have that much support Glen - Interested and made intellegent runs Stewart - Showed determination and drove the team on. Need more players like him on from the start. Elliot - didng have any time Frail - Does he know 451 is a rubbish formation especially when no midfielders support the striker...Frail, shaggy, gaffer whoever you are go and just play 442. portobellojambo1
Basso - 7 - Performed well, some good stops. Neilson - 3 - More of the same from Robbie, hopefully we are witnessing his last few games for Hearts. Berra - 6 - Reasonable performance Tall - 8 - I think, from reading the other posts that I watched a different game. I thought he was our top man, comfortable on the ball, solid and some crucial last gasp tackles. M.O.T.M. Goncalves - 2 - Woeful. Kingston - 4 - Poor showing. Screpis - 5 - Started off slowly, but his game picked up. Palazuelos - 6 - Playing slightly further forward, not his best, but best of midfield. Ivaskevicius - 0 - Fecking criminal that he was even allowed on the park, fecking hopeless. Mikoliunas - 6 - Reasonable performance. Nade - 3 - Offered not a lot. Glen - 3 - Difficult to judge him based on that showing, OK, nothing spectacular, but nothing disastrous. Stewart - 4 - Lot of running, but I think he will be glad when this season is over. Elliot - 2 - Not much time, but provided nothing in time he was on. Overall a very tame performance in a game we were told the team had to win, never looked like winning it. Del1812
Basso 9 - Great saves. MotM Neilson 6 - Distribution and touch looked decent. Pity his defending took a step backwards today. Berra 7 - Made a couple of good tackles. Tall 7 - Some good last ditch challenges but good defenders don't leave things last ditch. Plus he was beaten in the air too many times. Goncalves 6 - Rank first half, impressive second. Kingston 5 - No urgency whatsoever. Lost count of the number of times he got caught in possession. Ivaskevicius 5 - Playing really well for the reserves. Still poor for the first team. Screpis 6 - Decent first half, looked like Palazuelos at times. Ineffective when going forward. Palazuelos 6 - Can't fault too much but never really did much. Mikoliunas 7 - Showed hunger and desire. Ball got away from him at times but he actuallu looked our best attacking threat. Nade 5 - Lazy and can't hit a barn door from 5 yards. Subs Glen 6 - Looked a little out of his depth but not any worse than Elliot plays most weeks. Stewart 7 - We played so much better when he replaced Kingston Elliot 6 - No time.
sked21
Anthony Basso 9 - Seemed like it was save after save. Top perfromance. Robbie Neilson 3 - **** off. Why is he still playing? Ibrahim Tall 7 - Shaky start. Recovered to play really well as well as having to cover for Neilson Christophe Berra 7 - Solid. Had to cover for Goncalves. Jose Goncalves 4 - Marginally better than Neilson Laryea Kingston 4.5 - Did not play well at all. Walks straight down the tunnel and gets a standing ovation. Fickle Hearts fans. Ruben Palazeulos 6 - Neat and tidy Fernando Screpis 5.5 - In and out. Good and bad passes. Kestutis Ivaskevicius 2.5 - Awful. Saulius Mikoliunas 6 - Hard work and endeavour. Tried to get at Killie but kept on being brutally tackled. Christian Nade 5.5 - Hard job. Poor first half. Good second half. Needs a partner up top. captain
Anthony Basso 8 - Man of the match, kept us in it at times Robbie Neilson 4 - Usual day from him. Ibrahim Tall 7 - Good to have him back for the meaningless games to come Christophe Berra 6 - Ok, no Captain should be booked for dissent though Jose Goncalves 1 - At one point he was only 15 yards out of position, which is a record. If he wants to play centre half leave us and go do it somewhere else. Actually ok going forward but horrible at the back. Laryea Kingston 1 - Mr Big Star, who do you think you are?? Ruben Palazeulos 6 - Decent but doesn't hurt teams Fernando Screpis 5 - Showed some promise Kestutis Ivaskevicius 0 - SHould have been on a plane months ago Saulius Mikoliunas 6 - Tried at least Christian Nade 2 - Changing his boots from the ones filled with concrete was handy, heading the ball at his feet from 4 yards out wasn't. Dr. Sheldon Cooper
Basso 8 - Kept us in with a shout. Made a tremendous save towards the end of the first half. Neilson 5 - Usual performance from him. Competent and steady. Goncalves 4 - Needs to learn to stop cutting in, gives the winger far too much space and time to create. Tall 7 - Made some brilliant tackles first half, dealt with everything. Berra 7 - Unlucky not to score. Decent show. Kingston 4 - Tried to do far too much individually, needs to learn how to use his team-mates. Miko 5 - Made a few good runs. Targeted with a few harsh tackles. Palazuelos 6 - Should have taken his chance. Bit sloppy at times. Screpis 6 - Not brilliant. Rushed a lot of the time, needs more time to settle in. Ivaskevicius 2 - Awful. Contributed nothing. IMO, he is far more effective when he comes off the bench. Noticed this a lot this season. Nade 5 - Should have scored at least once. Clearly unable to play the lone striker role. Subs: Glen 4 - Seems decent enough. Made a few good runs, didn't get much off the ball. Stewart 5 - Seemed to make a slight difference when he came on. Tried to create however, nothing came off for him. Elliot 2 - No time.

ToadKiller Dog
Basso 8-MotM many(too many ) first class saves for one game ,handling still a bit erratic but good show almost a 9,was exposed by the defenders too often but thankfully was up to the task. Neilson 6 - The Good and the Bad of robbie today. Berra 6 - Average performance for berra today . Tall 6- decent first start for ages .. Goncalves 6 - poor first half ,looked better when we became a bit more adventurous . Kingston 5 - expect better from larry mind seems elsewhere Ivaskevicius 5 - Has talent there but either has stage fright or no concentration. Screpis 6 - ok first half not positive enough with the use of the ball. Palazuelos 6 - Needs to be more positive with the use of the ball holds onto it well enough. Mikoliunas 8 - once again kicked all over the place with no protection, tried his heart out. Nade 5 - clearly not suited to the lone striker role ,better second half ,good with the ball at his feet.just work harder. Subs Glen 5 - First game so wont judge him to harsh did ok. Stewart 6 - Got stuck in more urgency tried to make things happen much better from him. Elliot 3 - No time, not much . Frail 3- eventually made changes ,no where near ready for the managers position should have and could have set the team up more aggressive from the start. DETTY29
I think Coco is Neilson. He must be !! Unless of course Neilson turned in a Ronaldoesque performance in the second half.............. Would you be surprsied if I told you that some poor sod in row 20 scolded themselves with their bovril when a size 5 mitre landed on their lap from a RN pass up the line? With RN not under any pressure. 7 for Basso, but only his shot stopping - he worries me in general. 6's for Berra and Miko Slightly better than 5s for Ruben (we either need to spend a ***** load of money and build a team round him, or move him on) and Tall. The rest were plain awful. As for No.28 I really can't think of a worse Hearts player in my time watching them. Given the same number of games as him, I'm sure Jenkinson and Berthe would prove better.

rossi_1983
Basso - 8 Kept us in the game with 4 great saves. MOTM Neilson - 5 got forward well, but defending was pretty poor. Also got caught upfield too many times and never made any effort to get back Berra - 6 Solid enough Tall - 6 Looked rusty and was very poor in the air. Made a couple of great tackles though Jose - 4 Bombscare first half. Was decent second half and got forward to support attack. Shame we played a striker on left wing so he had noone to link with Miko - 7 Good game. By far the best outfield player, and made some edxcelletn runs only to get kicked off the ball with no protection Kingston - 3 Tries to do everything on his own, and nothing worked today Ruben - 5 Neat and tidy, but didn't really do anything Screpis - 6 Looked good first half, and good at keeping posession Ivaskevicius - 1 Just seems scared when he gets the ball, and seemed lacking in pace when chasing a couple of through balls Nade - 2 Fat, lazy, and missed a sitter Stewart - 4 Passing was poor, although he did deliver one great cross that should have created a goal Glen - 4 Looked a bit out of his depth. Not helped by Frail playing him as a lone striker with Nade on left wing, and then sticking him left wing when the golden boy was coming on Elliot - 4 No time to do anything wrong, which results in him getting his highest mark for months! Awful Berra - 6 - Good player, but never a Captain Tall - 5 - Not a great game, but dependable player No28 - 1 - It is some inside joke or something why this guy is at Hearts. Disgrace Kingston - 4 - Not interested. Didn't want to get involved in anything Ruben - 5 - Neat and tidy as always, lacking in creative spark though Screpis - 5 - Seemed a bit like Ruben. Decent player, no imagination going forward Miko - 7 - Tried his heart out again, snapped left, right and centre throughout Nade - 4 - Give him the ball, and he'll do something...if not, he'll stand and look lazy Subs: Stewart - 5 - Actually thought he got us going a bit. Added a bit of drive to things Glen - 5 - Tried to get involved, but not to be. Some clever runs though Elliot - 4 - Didn't do anything wrong (or right really). Coco
Haha that's funny! Gary was great yesterday. Made sure that the Killie team were organised, read the game (something he has added to his game in recent years now that his pace has gone), moved the ball around making sure he was available for a pass all the time. And put in a dirty tackle or two when he had to. It is not surprising that we got the upper hand in the game only when Gary tired and went off. He showed up the likes of Kingston and Palazuelos yesterday - two players supposedly with 'class'.

Basso - 8 - Kept us in the game first half Neilson - 6 - Decent shift and Kept their winger quiet Berra - 6 - Came close with second half header Tall - 6 - Looked really rusty but made a couple of decent tackles Jose - 5 - Not as bad as folk are making out Miko - 7 - He's like a completely different player this past few weeks. Our only player looking to create Kestutis - - - Wage thief Screpis - 5 - Didn't fit in too well. Passing was a little off and struggled to stamp his authority in the midfield Ruben - 5 - Not been good enough lately Kingston - 5 - Slower than I thought and never looked to get involved. His touch was way off and the toys left the pram when subbed Nade - 5 - All season our strikers have been hung out to dry by the management. He can't play the lone role especially when nobody supports from midfield. Take responsability Shaggy.
