Judging by the euphoria that usually surrounds him I'm surprised that nobody has said anything. Personally I don't think we missed him and after the shift that Driver and Stevenson put in he may have to get used to being on the bench. I am sure however that plenty will disagree. It's only negative if your comments make it that way. Look at it from the point of view that a player who was a regular starter is possibly being kept out of the starting lineup buy either better players or form players. Is that negative? beefybathgate Posted August 29, 2011 Share Posted August 29, 2011 He's a cracking talent, at his best he will take on any SPL defender with ease, however over the last few months he has more often than not run into opposition instead of round them. I think all the good attention he recieved has grown his ego to the size of his hair gel. Im praying that after he has been dropped he bucks up his ideas. We have all seen what he can do. The goal at Fester rd was one of the best goals I have seen scored in the SPL never mind just a hearts players. Players of his type do have slumps though and it sometimes only takes a decent 20 minutes, an impact substitution or two to get them firing again. I hope this will be the case with young Temps! He had a similar spell out the team early on last season, when Suso was on fire, and it was the Hibs game IIRC that he came back, and THAT goal which acted as a springboard.
