colinmaroon Posted August 13, 2011 Share Posted August 13, 2011 I know I'm not "international" but, after the latest poor service etc even for "homers", I cancelled my subscription and I've been getting the regular emails to sign back on and, I was swithering (fool that I am). It seems, however, that the product is seriously flawed at all levels and my resolve has returned! Memo to HW - Come back when you have a decent, reliable product!!!
