Victorian Posted August 7, 2011 Share Posted August 7, 2011 the standard response from chuck dung or most other media goons is to say that celtic's non-scottish players are quality players who enrich the league, whereas ours are mediocre journeymen who don't, and simply stunt the development of young scottish players. you're only allowed to sign up lots of foreign players if you've got plenty of money in other words.
