Despite the leading question "does anything surprise you at THIS club?", Brown simply replied "Nothing surprises me in FOOTBALL, never mind THIS club". Gutted on a personal level for both JJ and BB, but life goes on. I must admit I was surprised upon learning the stats of Jim reign. They don't make good reading. Perhaps we were blinded by the fact that JJ is a true Hearts man? If it had been a Lithuanian in charge perhaps the weegie media would've flagged up these stats sooner? For the money Vlads putting into Hearts, 3rd should be the very minimum we achieve. Have we all simply been conditioned into thinking that it's the best we could EVER achieve?
