redm Posted July 20, 2011 Share Posted July 20, 2011 If it's not one thing it's another with that website and the app. Assign someone, work out a list of problems, address each one as you go, test it to make sure you got it right, double check it's definitely working, then (and not before) advertise its services. Whatever they do, I hope they get serious about sorting it out because it's really starting to irritate an awful lot of people and they're fast losing trust.
