He's inheriting the second best side in the country, and probably about the fourth best side in Europe - which has just had its worst season in seven or eight years. Scarily for everyone else, under the right manager, things can only get better there; and everything we know about him so far says he is the right manager. I just cant see this guy calling the shots over the has-been pairing of Terry and Lampard. Until Roman removes Terry they are going to continue to struggle in the CL. Can see what he means, given most of the people on that course would've been pro's or ex-pro's & he obviously showed something even they couldn't! The example of his scouting reports backs this up Very good choice for Chelsea if given a chance & time by all including the players - tho don't like to see Chelsea do well!
