bighusref
As somebody that has moaned on here seasonally about our failure to bring in players in a timely fashion, Hearts deserve a lot of credit for doing things the right way. Identify candidates, all of those available and within our budget. Approach them and discuss contracts professionally. Agree deals but announce them in a respectful and timely fashion. All of this done before players go on holiday. This allows us to plan for the coming season and it also means we don't miss out on the players we really wanted. Excellent stuff, long may this continue.

teepee
Seconded - especially te way we've gone about it - no unsettling of players through the press, no false speculation - just good old fashioned recruitment - in a period where the good name of our club has been tarnished it's been a very positive 48 hours
Chad Sexington
Hearts have been exemplary in the way we've gone about our business. It's nice to see the rest of the SPL shuffle uncomfortably in their seats as we keep racking up the signings. Much needed after all the negative guff we've had to put up with lately. Radge21
Looks like JJ supplied Vlad with a list. Looks like Vlad has supplied. Well done and thanks Vlad. Change that we are not waiting until the very end before signing players.
Jambof3tornado
Very pleased with the signings and thank god I wont have to listen to that through the window pash waiting hours only for Hearts to not get a mention. Gods a Jambo
It has to be said, the club and JJ have went about our business in a way that has long been missing from Tynie. I hope the fans appreciation is reflected in season ticket sales as this is surely a positive step and one which should give us all optimism for the future. A decent wee run in europe and a genuine push in the league may be on the horizon, granted thats optimistic, but given the way yesterday went, why no? japanjambo
So refreshing to see signings coming in early. We are usually all waiting in frustration on the last day of the transfer window. Well done to all involved! Lynn
The Treasurer
Surely a thread that can be endorsed unanimously on Kickback? If you wait long enough Geoff I'm sure there's bound to be one (if not several) who will manage to put a negative spin on things

Guest Bilel Mohsni
Clerry jumping in to bed with Vlad? The worst porno ever! In all seriousness though, I feel cheated, after yesterday's high-drama, where we were all spoiled like sprogs from the Beckham litter... Today has been a non-event where only the words of our dear leader have helped me through the monotonous grind.

Gomis and/or McDonald signing would make it a blinding week.

The Treasurer
Now T, don't get into bed with Debut4, if you excuse the phrase Sorry CJ. 3 good signings and then you praising our great leader !! It's all been a bit too much to take in
Italian Lambretta
Very pleased with all thats gone on. One thing I would like JJ to do is say when all business has been complete. This will save on a lot of tension over the next few weeks and various Kickback meltdowns as we get near the closing of the transfer window. If we sign all prospective players by next week then that would be great and it would rub it in big time to the wee team who have even started. Craig_
And for once, our new signings will actually get a proper pre-season! Hopefully mixed in with a fully-fit Skacel, Driver and possibly Kyle!
Paolo
Yes, Hearts have been exemplary in their dealings once again. To be fair in our chaotic days and after we were Ok as far as pre-contracts go. We have no obligation to tell clubs we have spoken to their players but we always have done and been praised for it by the clubs. Maybe I am imagined it up but did Falkirk not criticise Hibs for their transfer conduct?
