Countries like the Netherlands have always shown that even more education and a more open approach to discussing sexual matters has positive benefits in reducing teenage pregnancy and diseases. Luckily Dave has realised that an educated public is harder to control than a dumbed down version and has taken steps to address the problem. He has bumped the educational approach for a message of no education and an insistence on abstinence.
