Man U v Shalke

Risky from SAF.

Weakened team out against Shalke who scored 5 against Inter away and surely can't play as badly as they did in the home leg?

If they take the lead it could be an interesting night at OF.

Can't see passed Man U tonight, it's still a strong enough team.

Nice to see Fergie is worried for Sunday though.

Walk in the park.

What a pish CL semi final.

Doubt there's ever been one this one-sided. Man U could score 4 or 5 tonight, easy.

Been a bit disappointing how all bar one of the quarter Finals and both Semi Finals have been so one sided.

What're you boys up to while United are chasing a Premiership and CL double? Still battling for 5th?

Pundit just thanked Alex minus the required "Sir". Ban him from OF.

I think the lack of competitiveness of the quarters and semi just goes to show haw far above the rest in terms of quality teams like Man U and Barce are.........

So have Shalke just not turned up over two legs or are this seasons Inter awful? I can't make my mind up.

I think it;s more Shalke are very average, and Inter didn't turn up against them over 2 legs.

Barca will piss all over brand utd.

Most bookies got them at evens, a couple at 11/10 and one even at 9/10.

Man U about 5/2 with most.

I think Barce will win, but over 90 minutes those are ridiculously short odds and I might stick a cheeky ?20 on Man U.

It's nice the final of the wealth creation cartel will pit two teams who actually won their leagues against each other.

I might even watch it for a change.

United have home advantage in the final of course, given that all United's support live in the Home Counties, apparently....

'Tis a noble idea, but didn't Chelsea win the league last year?

I support the Brazil team from 1970.

Jealous? :verysmug:

(Sigh) Please see above post.

Why would I be jealous of Man Utd or some pretend Man Utd fans on the internet?

I don't support an English team because I'm not from England.

Are you from Manchester?

Fair enough. I'm assuming you are Scottish though. So at least in Hearts you support a team from a Scottish league.

But your connection with United is?

Tbh, I couldn't care less who any of you "support". I just find it faintly ridiculous when you all come on here acting the big un after a win.

Yep Scottish and Jambo born and bred.

As I have justified before im a United fan through family links and growing up watching them on tv (when i was at School if i was not John Robertson in the playground i was Jesper Olsen :whistling: ) i have family in Lancaster that are long time season ticket holders at old trafford and as a result i have been lucky enough to get to a few games.

For what its worth my original post on this thread was for wind up purposes only and not to act the "big un".

Neither English nor Scottish, but have very genuine reasons to support United and Hearts
