Buffalo Bill
This is a worrying situation but hopefully it won't prevent the Rs take their place in the Premiership.

WHU were only charged on this due to the insistence of a team who couldn't accept the fact they were not good enough to stay in the EPL You imply that WHU got off scot-free on this matter, when in fact they were very heavily fined despite not doing anything wrong

Had West Ham been a Championship club, they'd have been nailed to high heaven; because they were in the Prem, they got away with it. Tevez was essentially the only reason West Ham stayed up in 2006/7 - and he was acquired illegally.

Surely he was signed the same way as Tevez when he went to west jam and then surely by Liverpool too?

Tevez was essentially the only reason West Ham stayed up in 2006/7 - and he was acquired illegally. At the time of the "Tevez affair" both West Ham and Sheff Utd were both EPL clubs so kind of blows your conspiracy theory. As I said the level of fine handed down to the Hammers could hardly be seen as "getting away with it" League places are decided over the course of a whole season, not just a handful of games. The Blunts proved that season and ever since that they are no-where near good enough for the EPL. Perhaps they should accept it and move on and maybe they could concentrate on staying in the Championship unless they've got a ready made excuse should they get relegated again.
