Clerry Jambo Posted February 19, 2011 Share Posted February 19, 2011 Full marks to the Hearts squad and Management and Vlad for a truly remarkable run of results which has IMHO sealed 3rd place. The players have shown a real togetherness allied with skill and guts to get where they are at the minute. Now as fans we debate, is 3rd confirmed, can we challenge the smellies, will someone come out the pack and catch us etc But I really believe the players are looking skywards and striving to catch the OF JJ is playing everything down and quite rightly, he is protecting his players which is great management as you would expect from a wily old fox! We haven't always played well but are digging out results which is a sign of a good side. IF, IF only we had taken something from the recent OF games we would really have been in the mix but hopefully that's just a reminder that we do need to add that bit of quality in the right areas, which surely would retain our status as at least the best of the rest and not just for the one season. We again have a platform to progress, there is no guaranteed right that we should be at least 3rd but we have all the ingredients to succeeed. Right away fora laarge Morgans...
