No he will be able to play against us. As "We are the Hearts" states - the first match will be automatic and is the next fixture but any matches to be missed through the points barrier occur 14 days after the red card. Obviously Rudi missed training the day when tackling was covered but it was a virtual love-in between the two of them at Tynecastle last time - at least if Hartley's not around Rudi might at least pretend to get stuck in.
