Walter Bishop
I have had bother with my knee for years now, had 2 cartilage operations and anterior cruciate surgery, over 8 years ago. After years of painkillers and doctors telling me to rest i managed to get to an appointment with a specialist at the royal infirmary. I have now been told my body is producing calcium bodies and these are floating in my knee cap causing my joint to seize and causing the pain i am feeling? I have now to get another op to have these "bodies" removed as there is no known cure and i will continue with pain the rest of my days! It can be horrendous at times and apparently its similar to arthritic pain. Anyone else suffer from this???

Walter Bishop
The point of the op is to relieve the pain by removing these calcium build ups, they do however grow back.
