However they now can't make it and they already have the ticket in their possession. Do you know if Hearts offer refunds or allow an exchange for a future match? Cheers Yeah they will do a refund no problem. I did this recently. I returned a ticket for Ibrox at about 4pm on the day of the game and it was no problem. Mate couldn't go because of it being played on the Tuesday, could've got ?22 back from them, ?44 it cost me for one of the worst games of the season!!
