I would say so , Could see United maybe going on a decent run but they would need us to drop a lot also which i cant see

happen . Killie will also drop too many points to catch us . Dont see anybody else .

We should still be looking at catching the uglies . After Wed no old firm until the split .

We now have 48 points. This season, with those below us all much of a muchness, there's no way whoever ends up 4th is getting more than 57 points.

Three more wins, and we're home and hosed.

Looking on the SPL website the teams finishing 4th since the split started are:

09/10 - The wee team 54 points

08/09 - Aberdeen 53 points

07/08 - Aberdeen 53 points

06/07 - Hearts 61 points

05/06 - The wee team 56 points

04/05 - Aberdeen 61 points

03/04 - Dunfermline 53 points

02/03 - Killie 57 points

01/02 - Aberdeen 55 points

00/01 - Killie 54 points

I would say another 6 points and we are pretty much garanteed 3rd place, amazing we're talking about this wjhile still in January!

Number of Points need to get 3rd in last ten seasons - 56.7 points is the average so another 10 should see us through.

yeah but I want more.

Agreed. It was great bouncing back today as Wednesday could have demoralised the team. Top marks for JJ and coaches.

It would have to take a spectacular collapse from us AND a great run of form from somebody below for us not to finish 3rd.

Neither will happen.

Looking forward to a Euro trip next season!
