avhudtheteeshirt Posted January 29, 2011 Share Posted January 29, 2011 Thought it was a good idea as people will have funny stories of things that happened while they were watching or going to football matches. I'll start off with one of my own. Hearts were not playing this Saturday so thought I would go along to a Meadowbank V Clyde match at Meadowbank, not a big crowd but I was sitting next to Gordon Marshall senior and we became aware of a young Meadowbank fan getting more and more agitated as Clyde had scored and their fans were chanting "the Bully Wee". This wee lad had a Parka on with the hood up with a Balaclava underneath and the more the fans chanted the more agitated he got. It all got to much for him and maybe not to atuned to the Glasgow accent jumped up and shouted at the Clyde fans " I bet you don't even know who Napolean is anywway!", total silence then everyone bust out laughing and he sat down and never said another word.
