Hearts Fixture congestion

With Todays call off had a quick look at upcoming Hearts games found it rather concerning that we have the following.

This is not including todays postponed game which will most likely be replayed either after Hamilton or UTD game... Thats 8 games in one month 2 to Rangers 2 to UTD..

We really need to get down to playing some summer football, cant imagine many out there taking their kids can goto all of the following fixtures.

Not sure we have strength in depth to play so many games <_< , still could be worse you could be in Rangers position who have 4 Europa league fixtures to add to the already cancelled games.... Heart bleeds for them :woot: :woot: :woot:

If Dundee Utd were to be put out the cup by Ross in their replay then they might look at playing the game on Feb 5th (the next Scottish cup weekend). Probably doubtful.

Having this game called off has probably done us a favour.

I agree. It has given us a wee break to try and get Kyle a bit fitter and let others rest up a bit.

the rankgers have played 1 less game than us, have europe on the go and are still in both cups.

we've got a break in as much as it gives our injuries even more time to heal, wallace, skacel, suso, driver, kyle, kello and the ones who we're complaining about having a bug all have another 4 days to recover, so not to bad as long as we dont pick up injuries from to many games crammed together, we should be fine.

Yep.

It's also likely this match will be played AFTER the 3 matches against the OF and after Utd play (possibly) a cup match when we are, unfortunately, resting.

It also means Rangers will play 3 times in a week when we've only got 2 matches.

Every little helps.

I was thinking maybe the bug that was obviously going round the club had a bigger impact on the players that we realise........too many players seem to under-perform
