CavySlaveJambo
More has been announced. sounds like delay full implementation till 2014/2015. guardian blog So who will lose out? Man Utd will really struggle with having to serve the Glazer's debt I think, to get a UEFA license. Still with 3.5 years to go we shall see (although next seasons accounts shall be included)

CavySlaveJambo
one intresting point which is hearts related. It doesn't include mortgages and loans for facilities redevelopment. eg new main stand!
Charlie-Brown
all clubs have to provide and show improving and balanced or profitable accounts for financial years 2010, 2011 & 2012 so what clubs are doing now matters and will count towards them being compliant and getting a uefa license and entry to european competitions. Nobody has another 3 years of over spending they have to start taking proper action already.
