VivaObua Posted January 11, 2011 Share Posted January 11, 2011 For a change tonight I decided to watch the sports news on our beloved BBC Scotland the coverage lasted roughly 5 mins and covered Neil Lennon, rangers celtic cup draw and oh yeh more Neil Lennon!! Not a single mention of the other teams in the draw and not a word about tonights Hearts game! A complete and utter Joke! Shouldnt really expect much else but had to get it off my chest! colinmaroon Posted January 11, 2011 Share Posted January 11, 2011 Until the start of this year, I have always watched the BBC news, national followed by Scottish. Just on a whim one night, I turned over to STV and got the sports news. Sure there was the usual Uglies obsession but at least they did cover quite a bit more. I have been brassed off with the Beeb coverage for yonks, and in line with their chief reporter's coverage, it's now in the bin with the Scotsman and EEN. IF I watch anything, it will certainly not be the GBC! PS I wouldn't listen to their coverage of Hearts games on radio if it was the only way I could.
