chewbacca Posted March 22, 2008 Share Posted March 22, 2008 if it`s 3rd floor of a stair and it`s a common drain ie. a rainwater pipe or main soil pipe, it`ll be a common repair split between all tennants/owners in the stair, which`ll keep the cost down a bit. if it`s got cooncil tennats in any of the flats phone the property services dept of the cooncil and let them deal with it.
