It has a scratch right around it though sp is broken. Normally this wouldn't be a problem and they would just swap it over I assume. However I have misplaced the receipt! Any help? Cairneyhill Jambo Posted December 21, 2010 Share Posted December 21, 2010 If you paid by card, I'm pretty sure it should be okay to take it back as they can match up the transaction. Or you could print off a statement from your bank if you do online banking and that will also provide proof of purchase. It might take a couple of days to show on your account though.
