Is it a case of going to the Ticket Office and paying a fee for a replacement? Thanks for your help. I will pass the info onto my 'friend' as he doesnt post on here. I'd rather the club wasn't out of pocket due to a "supporter" cheating them. If he hadn't lost his ST, it wouldn't be a problem.
