The picture shows Kello had his angles near perfect for the second (in line with the striker and the centre of the goals), but because the shot was along the ground and not knee height it was very difficult to get to. IMO very few goalkeepers would have saved that shot - unless they'd taken a mighty gamble that it was going near post and started their dive before the shot was taken.
