[Independence]

I was behind the goals that 'last minute Fleming' scored the equaliser into. There was delirium with fans going crazy. I remember my father lost his glasses! I think there was about 24,000 or 26,000 at the game. The Hearts support was huge, at least 8,000 - 10,000! Great night and huge celebration as the Texaco Cup was well thought of!

Remember this well, actually left with minutes remaining ,before the equaliser, behind the goals was like Independance says, a huge support at the game ,and a really steep banking behind the Hearts support, big sways and massive movement in the crowd , guys falling down the embankment behind the goals and I get masel out,cos I,m bricking it, walking down the road a huge roar and I know Hearts have equalised . , we go back up the road and literally fight our way back in to the Hearts end, to see wee Fordy score the winner , Jeez , to think this was the feckin Texaco Cup , that night was like a feckin Euro final.
