Fortress Easter Road

HIBS are on the worst run of home form in their 135-year history.

They lost 3-0 to Rangers at Easter Road on Sunday, the sixth home game in a row they have gone down.

Hibs, formed in 1875, have lost to Maribor in the Europa League and Rangers in the SPL so far this season.

And last term they lost their last four home games of the season to Hearts, Rangers, Celtic and Dundee United.

They haven't won a match in Leith since the start of March when they defeated Kilmarnock and last lost five consecutive home games in 1934.

Daily Rantic

But Hughes does say they are on the verge of something special

I spoke to a Hibernian first team player who reckons their poor home form is down to the new stand.

He says it's "A bit shoogely" and the players can't concentrate properly for fear of it falling down and injuring them. :teehee:

Hagar the Horrible

I wonder how long it will be before they dig up the cursed Hearts top that was buried below their new sticklebrick stand :whistling: They just have to arrange their stand temporarily into a truck while they do this

The curse of the Hearts top whooooooooo, just like the curse of Bambino or the curse of the billy goat in baseball.

Only these Fandans could celebrate the opening of a new stand with a record straight home defeat.

Just like they celebrated their wee cup win on return to Easter Road with a defeat to the mighty JT's.

Plums.
