269miles Posted July 10, 2010 Share Posted July 10, 2010 A mate has just installed Kasperski on his PC and every time he opens a Word document the PC locks up : the document can't be opened and he can only unfreeze his PC by powering off the PC (he can't access Task manager to do it). His PC is running on Windows XP. Any one got any experience of this sort of problem ? Mods , apologies . This should be on the usual sticky.
