Scotland Posted July 1, 2010 Share Posted July 1, 2010 No matter how good (or bad) you are, or ever were at art, one things for sure, you will almost certainly have a favourite piece of art. Whether it be a Van Gogh Masterpiece, a Perfect Picasso, a sculpture perhaps, or even just a small piece that has been passed down through your family. Mines, would have to be The Intervention of the Sabine Women by Jacques-Louis David But, I am also very fond of The Raft of Medusa by Gericault The amount of time and concentration it must have taken to produce these amazing paintings, and fill them with so much raw emotion, is mind boggling.
