PsychocAndy Posted March 8, 2008 Share Posted March 8, 2008 In a nice Mushroom sauce, sear first and put in a slow cooker at low, stir every 3-4 hours and serve after 9-10 hours, with new potatoes and asparigas, and a cup of tea, my preferance. Lovely P.S This wont be a weekly thing as everything I do ends up in a mushroom sauce, new potatoes and other veg.
