Oldest derby?

I'm wondering if the derby tomorrow, along with the last few we've played, would be the oldest in the world to be played?

As far as I'm aware there are two derby rivalries that are older than us v them: Rangers v Queen's Park and Notts County v Nottingham Forest. The latter is 10 years older but hasn't been played in over 16 years. The former is only two years older and I don't believe has been played in the last two years (searching queen's park v rangers keeps giving me results for QPR).

My question is, is the Edinburgh Derby the oldest in world (professional) football in terms of time between first and last fixtures?

It depends which way you want to look at it, when hearts got hibs registerd in 1875 the first derby was xmas day (i think) but hibs (partly due to celtic) then closed down in 1891 and reformed in 1892. This would mean the first new derby was in 1892
