I'd say the better option is Sopcast though, go here to download it: http://www.sopcast.com/download/ Once you've downloaded and installed Sopcast, right click on any of the Sopcast 'play' links that you see on the first link I've given, and select 'copy shortcut' or 'copy link location', and then paste that into the address bar in the sopcast player. Either that (I think it depends which browser you're using), or just click the 'play' link and Sopcast should open and within a few seconds, you should see the stream.
