One of the great things about golf, fresh air, exercise and you can play still play it even in later life. Quote

No problem mate, he was widowed and decided to not sit on his erse, 9 holes at Gogarburn in the morning and bowls at Distillers in the afternoon. When playing Carrickknowe we realised he had been playing there for over 70 years, he remembered when it was open fields beyond it and I think it was called something else Quote
