"Lothian" will match the Lothian in "West Lothian" , "East Lothian" and, possibly, "Midlothian" better than "Lothians" would. What I do know though is that it looks lovely illuminated in that photo of yours, better than it appears in daylight, especially with that backdrop. Must have been nice to see.
