Like Lucky, I had a look at coats of arms (council mainly), but haven't found any that quite fit that colour scheme. Searches for "crenellated parapet" and "gothic dormers" have also proved unsuccessful, as has a search for former religious buildings like convents and monasteries (which often have Gothic roof windows like these).
