speedbump
There has been some quality bowling this afternoon to follow on from a great batting performance. Currently 6 down, ya sour faced saffers.
shaun.lawson
When we have the bit between our teeth, we're actually quite good! Takes a bit of getting used to for someone who grew up during the 1990s, when England were almost always pathetic.
Deek
Swann will get man of the series, even with two tests to go. Not just for his bowling but has been handy with the bat as well.
Sterling Archer
There should be a warning on this thread stating that it is cricket related. Thanks
Denny Crane
Graeme Smith was moaning why England were celebrating salvaging a draw last time round. He's getting his answer now - to make sure that any victory in the 2nd test means that England go 1-0 up instead of levelling at 1-1.

Graeme Smith must be the worst captain around. All he ever does now is moan. Cannot remember the last time he actually said something positive.Surely he is on borrowed time as a captain. Geoff Kilpatrick
The transformation of Swann from 20-20 County star to Test Match spinner has been amazing. If England can win in South Africa, they will be well set for the Ashes over here next year (and it might mean when the 4th Test is played at the 'G' there will be something to play for for both teams!! :santa1:)

Think you are right. Graeme Smith must be one of the worst captains ever. He came out in the press before the 2nd test, saying he will be getting his bowlers to specifically target Cook & Bell, as they were the 'weak links' in England's batting line-up. After both getting their centuries in the only innings England had to bat, im sure both Cook & Bell would like to thank Smith for the required motivation! :santa1:
JWL
De Witt has to come in for Ntini for the next test. Also have major doubts about Kallis too. England played exceptionally well with both bat and ball in Durban but the next test will be a lot closer, if SA make the necessary changes.
