I like to give my cars quite common sounding names.

There has been:

Lucinda and Chardonnay so far.

The next one is to be called Aleshia and after that it will be Britnay.

I call mine Toyota for some reason it never answers or comes when called. May have something to do with it being a Honda.:smiliz64:

To answer the thread title, "No you don't. Not if you're a bloke"

Mighty Thor beat me to the bit about vadge parts but I'll relate the story of a friend who had a company car choice and opted for the VW as it meant he could once in a while talk about going to the Vadge shop. I have some very mature friends.

Call it 'the car' as all other men do. Naming cars is for wimmin and pooves.

:santa1: The macho men are out in force in this thread. You'd think naming a car was a crime to masculinity. Well guys, all I can say is that you are actually allowed to give names to things other than your todger. Keep taking the steroids chaps. :smiliz64:

You should name it after someone who inspires you. Dale Winton would be a good choice.

:santa1:

Failing that, call it "fuel it or push it!

i've always thought it was quite gay for a bloke to name his car. however, after a honda prelude fell to bits after hitting my barely marked clio i thought it should be called "Tank". my next car will be called "Tanktop"
